Terms of Service

Welcome to Revenue Recovery A.I. ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at revenue-recovery.org, our contractor portal at portal.revenue-recovery.org, and all related services, tools, templates, calculators, quoting systems, and AI-powered features (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is designed for home service contractors and businesses operating in Canada and the United States.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your company name, contact email, phone number, and industry. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service is offered through monthly subscription plans at the prices listed on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice to your registered email address. Price changes do not apply retroactively to existing billing periods.
• Add-on services may include a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly fee, as described at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us at growth@revenue-recovery.org. After 30 days, no refunds are provided. Setup fees for add-on services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. What You Get

Depending on your subscription plan, you may receive access to:

• Email, social media, and advertising templates customized for your industry
• Interactive lead generation calculators for embedding on your website or sharing via social media and digital ads
• A customized instant quoting system using your materials, pricing, and services
• AI-generated visuals for your business
• Analytics and lead tracking dashboards
• Marketing guides, how-to resources, and workflow automation templates
• AI-powered agents for customer communication, lead nurturing, and revenue recovery
• Newsletters and monthly industry magazines

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to your home service contracting business. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any part of the Service or its content to third parties
• Use the Service to send unsolicited spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service
• Use templates, content, or tools provided by the Service for any illegal or deceptive purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, designs, tools, calculators, quoting systems, software, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Revenue Recovery A.I. or licensed to us. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business purposes only.

You may customize, edit, and send templates provided through the Service as part of your business marketing. You may not claim authorship of, resell, or distribute the templates as standalone products.

Any custom quoting systems, calculators, or tools we build specifically for your business remain our intellectual property but are licensed to you for use as long as your subscription is active.

8. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content, data, logos, or materials you provide to us for use in the Service (such as your company logo, pricing information, or customer lists). By providing this content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

We will not sell, share, or disclose your business data or customer information to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (for example, processing payments through Stripe) or as required by law.

9. Lead Data

Leads generated through your calculators, quoting systems, and other tools belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your lead data. However, we may use anonymized, aggregated data for internal analytics and to improve the Service.

10. AI-Powered Features

Certain features of the Service use artificial intelligence, including but not limited to AI voice agents, AI-generated visuals, automated workflows, and content suggestions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is sent to your customers. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Stripe for payment processing, email delivery services, and various CRM platforms. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party services.

12. Uptime and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenue Recovery A.I. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or damages resulting from reliance on any content or tools provided through the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revenue Recovery A.I., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay your subscription fees, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your access to the Service and all associated content will be revoked.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
