Our engineering team conducts a thorough site analysis including soil testing, topographic surveying, and utility mapping. We evaluate drainage patterns, sun exposure throughout the day, wind patterns, and sight lines from every angle of your home. Using the insights from your consultation and our site analysis, our design team creates a fully custom 3D rendering of your project. How long does the construction process take?

What warranty do you offer?
AquaVista provides the most comprehensive warranty package in the industry. Our structural warranty covers the pool shell for the lifetime of your home ownership. Equipment carries a full manufacturer warranty plus our own two-year labor warranty on all installations. Interior finishes are warranted for 10 to 15 years depending on the product selected. We also offer an optional extended service plan that covers annual maintenance, equipment tune-ups, and priority emergency service.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes. We have partnered with several premium lending institutions to offer competitive financing options including home equity lines of credit, unsecured personal loans, and specialized pool construction loans. Many of our clients qualify for rates as low as 4.99% with terms up to 15 years. What ongoing maintenance does a pool require?
