Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI DSS standards. We receive only a confirmation of payment, your billing email, and the last four digits of your card for reference.
Lead Data: When homeowners interact with your calculators, quoting systems, or other lead generation tools, we collect the information they provide, which may include their name, email, phone number, address, and responses to calculator questions. This data belongs to you and is stored in your account.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, templates accessed, calculators deployed, and login times. This helps us improve the Service and provide analytics in your dashboard.
Communication Data: If you contact us via email, phone, or our contact form, we retain the content of those communications to provide support and improve our services.

We retain your account information and data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate your account. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted unless we are required by law to retain it.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at growth@revenue-recovery.org. We will process your request within 30 days.
